On the morning of the 6^th of the Lunar New Year (February 2, 2017) - the first working day after the Lunar New Year holiday, organized the Spring Show of Rooster Year 2017.

Attending the show, there were the Board of Directors of CONINCO and numerous staffs of the Company and companies in the franchise system.

Traditionally, the Spring Show is organized by CONINCO on the first working day of the new year to create a cheerful atmosphere for the whole staff and employees with the wish of a successful year for CONINCO.

In the atmosphere to welcome the New Year and break up the old one with the achieved successes, on January 21, 2017, CONINCO organized the year-end party to review the results after a year of working, to create new motivation, new atmosphere, to encourage new staffs to continue striving to complete the plan of 2017.

The banquet was held in the presence of the BoM, the Board of Directors, management departments, representatives of the Company and especially Mr. NaoKi Tominaga - Vice President of Nihon Sekkei Inc., President of Nihon Sekkei Vietnam; Mr. Yusaku Ichimura - Vice President of Nihon Sekkei Vietnam.

In warm atmosphere to welcome the new year of Spring 2017, on January 19, 2017, CONINCO held a friendly meeting for retired employees. Dr. Ha Minh - Member of the BOM, Deputy General Director chaired the meeting.

Attending the meeting, there were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Dao - Former Deputy General Director of CONINCO, Head of Retirement Group and Mr. Nguyen Huy Quang - Chairman of Trade Union. Particularly, there were the presence of retired officials, former leaders of CONINCO.

Retirement meeting is an annual activity of CONINCO for retired employees to meet, review together before the new year.

On Saturday, December 10, 2016, at the Room 404.H1 – National University of Civil Engineering, the Urban Engineering Specializing, under the Training Program of High Quality Engineers (PFIEV-EGC) organized the talk show of "Occupation Orientation for Urban Engineering students". Dr. Arch. Luong Thi Ngoc Huyen - Director of CONINCO Research Center of Science, Technology and Training and MSc., Infrastructure Engineer Nguyen Van Binh - staffs of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO were the speakers in the talk show.

With the attention and facilitation of the Union Branch and the Board of Directors, on December 5, 2016, CONINCO Trade Union of celebrates the birthday of members who were born in November and December. The celebration enriches the work of Trade Union, tighten the solidarity among unionists, and improves the spiritual life of staffs and employees in the whole company.

Attending the birthday party, therre were the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and a large number of officers of CONINCO.

With the goal of unceasingly popularizing the development of science and technology in the field of structural engineering and construction, in the morning of November 30, 2016, Vietnam Association of Structural Engineering and Construction Technology held "The 29th National Conference on Structural Engineering and Construction Technology” with the participation of leading organizations, individuals and experts in 3 fields: Civil and Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering and Irrigation Engineering. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment is honored to be the major sponsor and participate in this workshop.

The quality of human resources is always the leading factor of product quality and the highest investment efficiency in the construction works in general and in the construction consultancy in particular. In order to improve the quality of products as well as consulting services of the company, CONINCO organizes a training course every year to develop human resources.

On October 20, 2016, at the meeting of the first 9 months of 2016 and the work plan of the fourth quarter of 2016 held at the headquarter of CONINCO, the company announced 03 decisions to appoint staffs including Mr. Hoang The Van, Mr. Pham Tran Tien Minh and Mr. Duong Trong Vinh.

With the spirit of solidarity, mutual love and "the leaves protect tattered ones", the Trade Union of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO encourages all employees in the company and companies under the franchise system to support the compatriots in the Central region, to help them ease the pain of loss and soon stabilize life and recover production.

On October 13, 2016, the Trade Union of CONINCO celebrated the Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day to honor and commend the active contributions of "Captains" on the development of the company as well as recognition of the role of entrepreneurs in the period of economic development and construction of the country.
