In the regular program of activities of the Association, the 5^th regular meeting of members of the Vietnam Engineering Consultant Acssosiation (VECAS) Hanoi was held at CONINCO on May 12, 2017. Attending the meeting, there were more than 30 members who were leaders of VECAS member associations and leaders of VECAS Hanoi.

Regarding CONINCO, there were Dr. Ha Minh - General Director and leaders of Economic and Planning Department, Marketing Department, Center of International Cooperation and Consultancy, CONINCO Center of Scientific Research, Technology and Training.

On April 21^st, 2017, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) successfully and solemnly organized The ceremony of 38 years of Establishment (1979-2017) - 10 years of Equitization (2007–2017) at Daewoo Hanoi Hotel.

In the evening of April 21st, 2017, at Daewoo Hanoi Hotel, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) solemnly organized The ceremony of 38 years of Establishment - 10 years of Equitization of CONINCO, marking the milestone and the great effort of the Board of Management, and employees during the past time.

On April 21, 2017, CONINCO held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2017 at the 6^th-floor conference hall. The meeting started from 8:30 – 11:30 with the participation of 52 shareholders and authorized representatives, corresponding to 6,477,407 shares, accounting for 95.25% of total issued shares of the Company. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Nguyen Lam Cuong - Member of the BoM, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Construction Consultant Corporation.

Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the General Meeting opened the meeting and implemented the necessary procedures to conduct the meeting properly.

Following the success of the first tournament in 2016, this year, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO is honored to hold the CONINCO Golf Open to express the gratitude to customers and partners on the occasion of 38 years of establishment and 10 years of equitization of CONINCO at Hanoi Golf Club, Soc Son, Hanoi. Through the tournament, CONINCO expects to increase the sentiment among customers and partners as well as promote sustainability and further development.

On April 15^th, Bohemia Crystal Hanoi Co., Ltd. officially groundbreaked 33-storey tower at 25 Nguyen Huy Tuong, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi. The project is located in Thanh Xuan Trung Ward and is considered to hold a prime location as the south side is located on Nguyen Huy Tuong Street, the southwest side is on Le Van Thiem Street. CONINCO is the supervision consultant for this project.

The Bohemia commercial complex of displaying products, offices for rent and apartments was built on an area of ​​3,050 m²; of which, the construction area is about 2,299m². Multi-functional tower is 122 meters high, corresponding to 33 floors. According to the design plan, 4-storey podium will be arranged office functions, commercial and technical. The apartments to stay will be from the 5^th floor to 33^th floor

From the beginning of 2017, CONINCO's leaders regularly inspect the projects which CONINCO provides the consulting services nationwide such as Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Da Nang, Vinh, Thanh Hoa ... On April 05, 2017, Chairman of the BoM, General Director Nguyen Van Cong and Deputy General Director Nguyen Minh Quan checked the progress and quality of the Passenger Terminal of Phu Cat Airport - Binh Dinh. CONINCO performs consultancy services for construction supervision and equipment installation at this project.

On March 29^th, 2017, Chairman of the BoM, General Director Nguyen Van Cong and Deputy General Director Nguyen Minh Quan checked the progress of the projects which CONINCO implemented the supervision consulting services in Ho Chi Minh City including: Complex of Commercial - Social houses – under the residential area of the North of Ba Buom canal (Jamona Apartment), Head Office and Commercial Center of Viettel, Production Center of Vietnam Television.

In order to ensure the quality and schedule of work as well as to improve the work safety in all sites CONINCO are providing services, CONINCO's leaders regularly check and remind the officers to follow the procedure.

On March 22, 2017, the representatives of NIHON SEKKEI - CONINCO participated in the Topping-out ceremony of MB Grand Tower at 63 Le Van Luong, which has 25 storeys, 1 tum floor and 4 basements. The MB Grand Tower is a Grade-A building of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank, commenced in April 2015 and is scheduled to open in December 2017.

On behalf of CONINCO - the leading member of the consortium, there were Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of the BoM, General Director; Dr. Ha Minh - Member of BOM, Deputy General Director, Project Director, Chief Designer of MB Grand Tower; Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang - Deputy General Director. On behalf of NIHON SEKKEI Inc., there were Mr. Eiji Okada, -Vice President of NIHON SEKKEI; Mr. Yusaku Ichimura - Vice President of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam, Senior Architect of NIHON SEKKEI; Mr. Nguyen Duy Phuc - Director of NIHON SEKKEI Vietnam.

In order to ensure the progress of exploitation and operation of the project of building International Passenger Terminal of Da Nang International Airport, well serving the APEC 2017 Summit Week, in the afternoon of March 10, Investment and Explitation Joint Stock Company of Da Nang International Terminal (AHT) - the Investor launched the movement "30 days and nights to finish". Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of CONINCO's BoM, General Director attended the ceremony and shared experiences at the ceremony.
