On the morning of July 2, TMS Group held a groundbreaking ceremony of TMS Homes Wonder World model ecological urban area project in Dam Coi area, Hoi Hop ward, Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province. In the afternoon of July 1, 2020, the Ministry of Construction held the Award Ceremony for the quality of construction works, phase 4, 2019, and phase 1/2020. The Van Don - Quang Ninh International Airport Project in which Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO.,JSC) is in charge of the general contractor providing consulting service for supervision of airside and runway navigation system, was honored in this awards ceremony.

On the morning of June 29th, 2020 at Noi Bai International Airport, the Ministry of Transport commenced the upgrade project of runways of Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat International airports. This is an urgent public investment project in accordance with the law on public investment and Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat are 02 Airports playing a very important role for domestic and international trade, serving political activities, socio-economic development, security and defense of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City as well as of the whole country. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) is honored to continue to be trusted by the Ministry of Transport to supervise this project. 

Starting on September 17, 2019, the Supreme People's Court project was built on an area of 6,417 m2 with a scale of 6 floors, 4 basements, which topped out on April 28, 2020 after 7 months of construction. Currently, the contractors are speeding up the progress, and urgently completing the project to put into use on the occasion of the 75th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Supreme People's Court(September 13, 1945 - September 13, 2020). This is a national key project with a great political significance of the country, the facade of the building is neoclassical style, with a combination of convenient architectural space meeting the aesthetic requirements of modern buildings, and the stature and solemnity of the highest judicial authority in the country. 

On May 27, 2020, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, there was a meeting of the State Appraisal Council on Feasibility study report (FS report) of Long Thanh International Airport Project, Phase 1. Attending the meeting were representatives of the Economic Committee of the National Assembly, Office of the Government, members of the State Appraisal Council of the concerned ministries, departments, branches and local agencies, Interdisciplinary Expert Panel, The investor preparing the feasibility study report (ACV), representatives of consulting units. Mr. Nguyen Van Cong - Chairman of BoM of Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) - the lead member of verification consultant CONINCO - NACO - ARUP - AEC Consortium participated and reported on verification process at the meeting.

After just over 7 months of commencement, The Topping out ceremony of the Supreme People's Court Headquarters has been officially held on the morning of April 28th, 2020 at 43 Hai Ba Trung Str., Hoan Kiem Dist., Hanoi. This is a national key project with great political significance of the country and is a work of special value both in terms of architecture, art and stature as well as the solemnity of the highest judicial authority of the country. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) is the general contractor for this project.

   On the morning of March 11, 2020, Chairman Nguyen Van Cong and CONINCO senior executives took a visit to check the progress of the F1 Hanoi circuit construction site - where the F1 Vietnam Grand Prix 2020 is expected to take place in April 2020.  Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO.,JSC) is the unit that carries out project management consultancy and supervision consultancy for this project. After nearly a year of construction, the F1 circuit in Hanoi has completed 100% of the main items and is in the process of installing the final details.

On March 2, 2020, Samsung Vietnam announced the start of building a new Research and Development (R&D) Center with the largest scale in Southeast Asia. On the morning of February 19th, 2020, Toshin Group - Japan and Edufit Corporation conducted the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Sakura Montessori International School and Gateway International School Project in Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) provides construction supervision consultancy service for this project.
