Providing services for formulating dossiers, requesting bidding dossiers for bidding packages for goods procurement, construction and installation packages, general construction packages, construction consultancy packages:
•    Consulting on the tendering process, organizing the bidding and dealing with issues arising in the bidding;
•    Consulting the preparation and completion of legal procedures during the bidding process;
•    Committing the Request for Proposals/ Bidding Documents to meet technical, financial and commercial requirements as required by the total bidding package or the project;
•    Analyzing and evaluating bidding dossiers and selecting contractors that meet the requirements of Request for Proposals/ Bidding Documents; 
•    Consulting on negotiation and finalization of the contract on the basis of the of approved contractor selection results;
