On the afternoon of August 31, 2023, items: Passenger Terminal Building; Runway; Taxiway, Apron of the Long Thanh International Airport Construction Project - Phase 1 and the item: Passenger terminal T3 - Tan Son Nhat International Airport were simultaneously commenced construction. The groundbreaking ceremony for the two national key aviation projects was held in both in-person and online forms at two locations: Long Thanh - Dong Nai Province and Tan Son Nhat - Ho Chi Minh City. These are the most significant components of the two national key aviation projects. Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO) is honored to have been trusted by the Project owner to provide Supervision and Peer-review Consulting services on construction drawing design for Passenger Terminal Building of Long Thanh International Airport – Phase 1 and Construction supervision for Passenger Terminal T3 - Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Continuing the success of architectural design competitions, particularly the success of the T2 Passenger Terminal project at Phu Bai International Airport, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment - CONINCO has once again collaborated with AZUSA SEKKEI Co., Ltd. (Japan) in the architectural design competition for the T2 Passenger Terminal at Dong Hoi Airport, Quang Binh. The consortium achieved the highest award in the competition.

On the morning of August 15^th, 2023, in Hanoi, the signing ceremony of the contract for "Construction Supervision and Project Management Consultancy" took place between the Investor - Thai Binh Tourism One Member Company Limited and Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO for the Huong Binh Cable Car Line construction project. The project aims to connect the Huong Son scenic area (Huong Pagoda) - a special national monument in My Duc District (Hanoi) with Tien Pagoda (a national monument) in Phu Nghia Commune. It is expected to bring about new tourism products and contribute to the local and regional economic and social transformation.

On the morning of August 15^th, 2023, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment – CONINCO organized the kick-off ceremony for the Consulting Delegation for supervision and assessment of the construction drawing design of the Passenger Terminal and Airport Management System - Component Project 3 - Phase 1 of the Long Thanh International Airport construction investment project. The ceremony took place both in-person and online at the 11th-floor auditorium hall of the CONINCO Tower headquarters, with the presence of Chairman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Van Cong, Board Member and General Director Phan Ngoc Cuong, Board Member and Deputy General Director Nguyen Manh Tuan, members of the General Director's Office, consulting teams participating in the project, and interested officials. This event marked an important milestone in fostering unity throughout the project implementation process, while also providing motivation for the determined Consulting Delegation to excel in their responsibilities for this significant project.

On the morning of July 9, 2023, the Ho Guom Theater project was officially inaugurated after 22 months of construction, ensuring progress, quality, and safety. This is an important cultural and historical landmark with special significance for the capital city of Hanoi and the country as a whole. It serves as a cultural facility, connecting with other cultural, historical, and architectural landmarks around Hoan Kiem Lake. The Project Management and Investment  Center (T.QL) and the Construction Design and Management Center (T.TQ) are the units that have excellently completed the supervision tasks for the project.

Following the success of aviation projects across the country, along with positive results in consulting packages under the Long Thanh International Airport Construction Project from 2021 to now, Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO., JSC) has increasingly affirmed our consulting capacity,  prestige and responsibility when implementing key aviation projects and continue to be trusted by the Investor to perform the tasks of Supervision, Peer-Review consulting services on Construction Drawing Design for Passenger Terminal, Component Project No. 3 under Long Thanh International Airport Construction Project - Phase 1. On the morning of July 7, 2023, the contract for package 5.12 was officially signed between Airports Corporation of Vietnam - JSC (ACV) and JAC – CONINCO Joint Venture (Japan Airport Consultants, Inc. & Consultant and Inspection Joint Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment).
